A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DECLARING
THE EXEMPTION FROM ACQUISITION BY EMINENT
DOMAIN OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3800 & 3802
WEST WESTMINSTER, 1602 NORTH HARBOR, SANTA
ANA, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED. BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: .

1. That, pursuant to section 33399(g) of the
Community Redevelopment Law (California Health and Safety
Code 3303~02et S~q.t, that certain property located at
& [80 y. We!rtm'nsterin the City of Santa Ana, and
specifically described ~n Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, is hereby declared to be
exempt from acquisition by eminent domain by the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana under the
Redevelopment Plan for the Santa Ana Nortþ Harbor
- Boulevard Redevelopment Pro) ect.
2. The Executive Director of the Agency shall
forthwith cause this Resolution to be recorded in the
Official Records of Orange County.

That certain real property situated in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
That portion of Lot 3 and Lot. 6 in Tract No. 538, Fair-
mond Park, as shown on a map recorded in Book 23, page
33 of Miscellaneous Maps, records of Orange County,
California, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Lot 3 of said Tract
No. 538; thence South 0° 38' 45" East 18.46 feet along
the West line of said Lot 3 to the North corner of Lot 6
of said Tract No. 538; thence South 36° 21' 15" West
39.31 feet along the Northwest line of said Lot 6; thence
North 89° 14' 45" East 48.82 feet along a line parallel
with the North line of said Lot 3; thence North 0° 38'
45" West 50 feet to a point in said North line of Lot 3;
thence South 89° 14' 45" West 25.00 feet to the point of
beginning.
