A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DECLARING
THE EXEMPTION FROM ACQUISITION BY EMINENT
DOMAIN OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 115 NORTH HARBOR
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That, pursuant to section 33399(g) of the
Community Redevelopment Law (California Health, and Safety
Code §§ 33000 et seq.), that certain property located at
l15'No. Harbor in the City of Santa Ana, and
specifically described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, is hereby declared to be
exempt from acquisition by eminent domain by the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana under the
Redevelopment Plan for the Santa Ana North Harbor
Boulevard Redevelopment Project.
2. The Executive Director of the Agency shall
forthwith cause this Resolution to be recorded in the
Official Records of Orange County.

That certain real property situated in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
All of Lots 25 and 26 and the westerly 35 feet of Lots
45 and 46 of Block A Tract 546, as recorded in Book 21,
Page 25 of Misc. Maps, records of Orange County, Cali-
fornia, commonly known and described as 115 North Harbor
Boulevard, Santa Ana, California.
