RESOLUTION NO. 82-54
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DECLARING
THE EXEMPTION FROM ACQUISITION BY EMINENT
DOMAIN OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3410 WEST 7TH
STREET, SANTA &~A, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That, pursuant to section 33399(g) of the
Community Redevelopment Law (California Health and Safety
Code §§ 33000 et seq.), that certain property located at
3410 W. 7th Street in the City of Santa Ana, and
specifically described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, is hereby declared to be
exempt from acquisition by eminent domain by the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana under the
Redevelopment Plan for the Santa Ana North Harbor
Boulevard Redevelopment Project.
2. The Executive Director of the Agency shall
forthwith cause this Resolution to be recorded in the
Official Records of Orange County.

"EXHIBIT An
That certain real property situated in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Commencing at a point on the Northerly line of Tract No.
447, as shown on a map recorded in Book 17, page 12 of
Miscellaneous Maps, records of said Orange County, distant
Northerly 170.00 feet and Westerly 1040.00 feet from the
Southeast corner of said Northeast quarter, said point
being the Southeast corner of land described as Parcell
in a deed to Catalina M. Moreno, recorded June 1st, 1950,
in book 2020, page 148 of Official Records of Orange Coun-
ty; thence Northerly along the Easterly line of said Par-
cella distance of 150.00 feet to the Northeast corner of
land described as Parcell in a deed to Joseph Y. Torrez
and wife, recorded February 8th, 1952 in Book 2283, page
558 of Official Records, said point being the true point
of beginning; thence Westerly along the Northerly line of
said land of Joseph Y. Torrez, as described in said Parcel
1, and its Westerly prolongation 130.00 feet to the South-
east corner of land described as Parcell in a deed to
Jose A. Lomeli, recorded November 17th, 1953 in book 2615,
page 18 of Official Records; thence Northerly along the
Easterly line of said land of Jose A. Lomeli, as described
in said Parcell, and its Northerly prolongation 100.00
feet to the Northerly line of land described as Parcell
of said land of Catalina M. Moreno; thence Easterly along
said Northerly line 130.00 feet to the Norhtheast corner
of said land of Catalina M. Moreno, as described in said
Parcell; thence Southerly 100.00 feet along the Easterly
line said land of Catalina M. Moreno, as described in said
Parcell to the true point of beginning.
