A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DECLARING
THE EXEMPTION FROM ACQUISITION BY EMINENT
DOMAIN OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 3326, 332A W.
7TH ST., SANTA ANA ,CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That, pursuant to section 33399(g) of the
Community Redevelopment Law (California Health and Safety
Code §§ 33000 et seq.), that certain property located at
3326,3328 W. 7th St. in the City of Santa Ana, and
specifically described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, is hereby declared to be
exempt from acquisition by eminent domain by the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana under the
Redevelopment Plan for the Santa Ana Nor~h H~rhor
Bonlevard Redevelopment ProJect.
2. The Executive Director of the Agency shall
forthwith cause this Resolution to be recorded in the
Official Records of Orange County.

That certain real property situated in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The West 75 feet of the East 255 feet of the following:

Beginning at a point is the North line of "Tract No. 447,"
as shown on a map recorded in Book 17, page 12 of mis-
cellaneous maps, records of Orange County, California,
said point being 170 feet Northerly and 635 feet Westerly
from the Southeast corner of the Northeast Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter of Section 10, Township 5 South. Range
lOWest, S.B.. & M.: thence Northerly parallel with the
East line of the Northeast Quarter of the Southwest Quar-
ter of said Section 10, 250 feet,: Thence westerly par-
allel with the South line of the Northeast Quarter of the
Southwest Quarter of said Section 10, 655 feet to a point
30 feet East of the West line of the North - East Quarter
of the Southwest Quarter of said section 10; thence south-
erly parallel with the west line of the northeast quar-
ter of the Southwest Quarter of section Ten, 250 Feet to
the North line of Tract No. 447; thence Easterly along
the North line of Tract No. 447, 655 Feet to the point
of beginning.
