A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DECLARING
THE EXEMPTION FROM ACQUISITION BY EMINENT
DOMAIN OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 34l~ WEST 7th
STREET, SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:

1. That, pursuant to section 33399(g) of the
Community Redevelopment Law (California Health and Safety
Code §§ 33000 et seq.), that certain property located at
3412 W. 7th Street in the City of Santa Ana, and
specifically described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, is hereby declared to be
exempt from acquisition by eminent domain by the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana under the
Redevelopment Plan for the Santa Ana North Harbor
RO111..varn Redevelopment Project.
2. The "Executiye Director of the Agency shall
forthwith cause this Resolution to be recorded in the
Official Records of Orange County.

That certain real property situated in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
Those portions of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest
quarter of Section 10, in Township 5 South, Range 10 West,
S.B. & M., described as follows:

Beginning at a point in the North line of Tract No. 447,
as shown on a Map recorded in Book 17, page 12 of Mis-
cellaneous Maps, records of Orange County, California,
said point being 170 feet Northerly and 1040 feet Westerly
from the Southeast corner of the Northeast quarter of the
Southwest quarter of said Section 10, said point being the
Southeast corner of Parcell of the land conveyed to Cata-
lina M. Moreno by deed recorded June 1, 1950 in Book 2020,
page 148 of Official Records; thence Northerly along the
East line of said land conveyed to Moreno, 150 feet; thence
Westerly 100 feet to an angle point in the South line of
said Parcell; thence Southerly 150 feet to the Southwest
corner of said land; thence Easterly 100 feet to the point
of beginning.
