RESOLUTION NO. 82-51
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DECLARING
THE EXEMPTION FROM ACQUISITION BY EMINENT
DOMAIN OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 513 N. JACKSON
SA~TA ANA, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That, pursuant to section 33399(g) of the
Community Redevelopment Law (California Health and Safety
Code §§ 33000 et seq.), that certain property located at
<; 1'1 N ,T""'k;t'~ in the City of Santa Ana, and
specifically descr~ e in Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, is hereby declared to be
exempt from acquisition by eminent domain by the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana under the
Redevelopment Plan for the Santa Ana North Harbor
Boulevard Redevelopment Project.
2. The Executive Director of the Agency shall
forthwith cause this Resolution to be recorded in the
Official Records of Orange County.

That certain real property situated in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The South 50.00 feet of the West 150.00 feet of that portion
of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of Section
10, Township 5 South, Range 10 West, in the Rancho Las
Bolsas, as shown on a map recorded in book 51, page 12 of
Miscellaneous Maps, in the office of the County Recorder
of said county, described as follows:

Beginning at a point in the North line of Tract 447, as
shown on a map thereof recorded in Book 17, page 12 of
said Miscellaneous Maps, said point being 170 feet North-
erly and 635 feet Wes terly from the Sou theas t corner of
the Nor theas t quar ter of the Sou thwes t quar ter of sa id
Section 10, thence Northerly parallel wi th the East line
of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest quarter of said
Section 10, 250 feet; thence Westerly 655 feet parallel
with the South line of the Northeast quarter of the South-
west quarter of said Section 10 to a point 30 feet East of
the West line of the Northeast quarter of the Southwest
quarter of said Section 10; thence Southerly 250 feet
parallel with the West line of the Northeast quarter of
the Southwest quarter of said Section 10, to the North
