RESOLUTION NO. 82-50
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DECLARING
THE EXEMPTION FROM ACQUISITION BY EMINENT
DOMAIN OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1206 E. 17th
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That, pursuant to section 33399(g) of the
Community Redevelopment Law (California Health and Safety
Code §§ 33000 et seq.), that certain property located at
1206 E 17th St in the City of Santa Ana, and
specifically described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference, is hereby declared to be
exempt from acquisition by eminent domain by the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana under the
Redevelopment Plan for the Santa Ana Inter City
Commuter Station Redevelopment Project.
2. The Executive Director of the Agency shall
forthwith cause this Resolution to be recorded in the
Official Records of Orange County.

That certain real property situated in the City of Santa Ana,
County of Orange, State of California, described as follows:
The West 100 feet of the East 300 feet of the following:
Commencing at a point 365.2 feet West of the Northeast
corner of the tract allotted to Maria Ygnacio Alvarado
de Moreno in partition of the Rancho Santiago de Santa
Ana, in Case No. 1192 of the 17th Judicial District
Court in and for Los Angeles County, California; thence
West 365.2 feet; thence South 477.1 feet; thence East
365.2 feet and thence North 477.1 feet to the point of
beginning.
