County Recor4er A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DECLARING THE EXEMPTION FROM ACQUISITION BY EMINENT DOMAIN OF PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1136 E. WASHINGTON SANTA ANA, CALIFOR~IA BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS: 1. That, pursuant to section 33399(g) of the Community Redevelopment Law (California Health and Safety Code §§ 33000 et seq.), that certain property located at ll36 E. Washington in the City of Santa Ana, and' specifically described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby declared to be exempt from acquisition by eminent domain by the Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana under the Redevelopment Plan for the Santa Ana Tnt~r Ci~y Commuter Station Redevelopment ProJect. 2. The Executive Director of the Agency shall forthwith cause this Resolution to be recorded in the Official Records of Orange County. That certain real property situated in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State of California, described as follows: The West 175.00 feet of that portion of the land al- lotted to Maria Ygnacio de Moreno in Decree of Partition of Rancho Santiago de Santa Ana, recorded in Book B of Judgements of the 17th Judicial District Court of Cali- fornia, described as follows: Beginning at the intersection of the center line of Washington Avenue, with the West boundary of said al- lotment; thence South 467.50 feet along said West boun- dary to the Northwest corner of the land conveyed to C.L. Hall and S.J. Hall, by deed recorded in Book 112, page 39 of Deeds; thence east 415.00 feet along the Northerly boundary of said land; thence North 467.50 feet parallel with the West line of said allotment to the center line of Washington Avenue; thence West 415.00 feet to the point of beginning. .
