A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE REPORT
TO THE CITY COUNCIL ON THE PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT
PLAN FOR THE SANTA ANA SOUTH HARBOR BOULEVARD/FAIRVIEW
STREET REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT, SUBMITTING THE REPORT,
PROPOSED REDEVELOPMENT PLAN AND THE RULES GOVERNING
PARTICIPATION BY AND PREFERENCES TO OWNERS, OPERATORS
OF BUSINESSES AND TENANTS RELATING THERETO TO THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Commission of the City
of Santa Ana has prepared a proposed Redevelopment Plan for
the Santa Ana South Harbor Boulevard/Fairview Street Rede-
velopment Project; and
WHEREAS, the Commission has submitted the proposed
Redevelopment Plan to the Planning Commission of the City of
Santa Ana for its report and recommendation, and the Planning
Commission by resolution adopted on May 24, 1982, reviewed
the Redevelopment Plan and recommended the approval and
adoption of the Redevelopment Plan;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:

The Commission hereby approves and adopts the
Report to the City Council on the Santa Ana South Harbor
Boulevard/Fairview Street Redevelopment Project, and hereby
submits said Report, in conjunction with the proposed Re-
development Plan and the Rules Governing Participation by
and Preferences to Owners, Operators of Businesses and
Tenants for the Project to the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana.
