RESOLUTION NO. 83-23
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA HONORING
THE SERVICE OF ROBERT NEWCOMB
WHEREAS, Robert Newcomb has displayed deep dedication
to the economic development and revitalization of the City of
Santa Ana; and
WHEREAS, Robert Newcomb has served on the Community
Redevelopment Commission since its inception in 1973; and
WHEREAS, Robert Newcomb has exhibited exemplary
leadership and civic responsibility through his tenure as
Vice Chairman and Chairman of the Community Redevelopment
Commission; and
WHEREAS, Robert Newcomb has been instrumental in
the formulation and implementation of a successful redevelop-
ment strategy for the City;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community
Redevelopment Commission of the City of Santa Ana as follows:
The Community Redevelopment Commission honors the
service and accomplishments of Robert Newcomb and expresses
its deepest thanks for his contributions to the community.
