RESOLUTION NO. 83-2
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA HONORING
THE ACHIEVEMENTS AND SERVICE OF R. THOMAS MCLEAN
WHEREAS, R. Thomas McLean was a leader in Santa Ana's
business community, professionally active in downtown Santa Ana
for over thirty years; and
WHEREAS, R. Thomas McLean was deeply dedicated to the
social and economic revitalization of Santa Ana's central business
district; and
WHEREAS, R. Thomas McLean offered tireless service to
the Santa Ana City Center Association and the Santa Ana Economic
Development Corporation toward the goal of bettering the
community; and
WHEREAS, R. Thomas McLean exhibited exemplary leadership
and civic responsibility through his service on the Community
Redevelopment Commission;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community
Redevelopment Commission of the City of Santa Ana as follows:
The Community Redevelopment Commission honors the memory
and achievements of R. Thomas McLean and expresses deepest sorrow
over the loss of our fellow Commissioner.
