RESOLUTION NO. 80-107
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE AGENCY AND THE CITY OF SANTA ANA FOR
FINANCIAL AND OPERATING SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows:
That the Chairman of the Agency is authorized to
execute on behalf of the Agency that certain agreement
entitled "Agreement Between the City of Santa Ana and The
Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana for
Financial and Operating Expenses," form dated 9/9/80, copy
of which is on file in the office of the Executive Director
of the Agency.
