RESOLUTION NO. 80-103
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE AGENCY TO EXECUTE A
SECOND AMENDMENT TO THE PARTICIPATION
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND
WARREN K. VAN INGEN, ET AL
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows:
The Chairman of the Agency is hereby authorized to
execute that certain agreement entitled .Second Amendment to
Participation Agreement between the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana and Warren K. Van Ingen, et
al.,. form dated September 1 , 1980, .a copy of which is on
file in the office of the Executive Director of the Agency.
