RESOLUTION NO. 80-99
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT FOR BOND
COUNSEL SERVICES WITH JONES, HALL, HILL & WHITE
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Santa Ana is considering undertaking certain pro-
ceedings for the issuance of commercial development bonds
for the Community Redevelopment Project Area of the Agency,
and it is desirable to employ bond counsel in connection
therewith:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows:
That certain agreement by and between the Agency
and Jones, Hall, Hill & White for bond counsel services in
connection with comercial development bond proceedings, a
copy of which is on file with the Executive Director of the
Agency, is hereby approved, and the Chairman is hereby
authorized and directed, in the name and on behalf of the
Agency, to execute said agreement.
ADOPTED this 15th day of September
1980, by the following vote:
