RESOLUTION NO. 80-73
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA APPROVING
AN AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE
COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA AND THE. SANTA ANA CITY CENTER
ASSOCIATION, INC., FOR SPECIALIZED
ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:

That the Chairman of the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to
execute, on behalf of said Agency, that certain "Amendment
to Agreement between the Community Redevelopment Agency of
the City of Santa Ana and Santa Ana City Center Association,
Inc., for Specialized Administrative Services," form dated
6/18/80, a copy of which is on file in the office of the
Executive Director of said Agency, to which copy reference
is hereby made.
