RESOLUTION NO. 80-71
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
AUTHORIZING THE CHAIRMAN OF THE REDEVELOP-
MENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO
EXECUTE AN AMENDMENT TO AN AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND LEE SAYLOR, INC.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Commission of the City of Santa Ana:
That the Chairman of the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to
execute that certain agreement entitled "Amendment to
Agreement between the Community Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Santa Ana and Lee Saylor, Inc., for Cost Consulting
Services," Form dated 5/29/80, a copy of which is on file in
the office of the Executive Director of the Agency and to
which reference is hereby made for full particulars.
