RESOLUTION NO. 80-67
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT TO
DISPOSE OF INTERESTS IN REAL PROPERTY
LOCATED AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF
THIRD AND ROSS STREETS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Sana Ana as follows:
1. That the Chairman of the Agency is authorized
to execute that certain "Agreement to Dispose of Interests
in Real Property Located at the Northwest Corner of Third
and Ross Streets," form dated 6/5/80 ,
between the Agency and the Santa Ana Athletlc Club, a copy
of which is on file in the office of the Executive Director
and to which reference is hereby made for full particulars.
. 2. That the Executive Director is hereby
authorized to take all actions and sign all documents on
behalf of the Agency, necessary to implement the said
Agreement.
