RESOLUTION NO. 80-47
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE AGENCY TO EXECUTE A QUIT
CLAIM DEED
WHEREAS, the City of Santa Ana desires to acquire
a right of way for the ring road at Fashion Square and;
WHEREAS, the State of California has deeded to the
Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana a
small triangular parcel of land necessary for the creation
of said road and;
WHEREAS, the Community Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Santa Ana desires to deed said parcel to the City of
Santa Ana.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana that the Chairman
of said Agency is hereby authorized to execute, on behalf of
said Agency, that certain quit claim deed, a copy of which
is attached hereto.

does hereby REMISE, RELEASE AND FOREVER QUITCLAIM to The City of Santa Ana, all its

, oBeginning at the Southwesterly terminus of that course described as
N 69 16' 23" E, 55.23 feet in the boundary of the land described in Director
Deed No. D-A6483.3, recorded May 5,1972 in Book 10114, pages 873 through 875
of Official Records, in the office of the' County Recorder of said county;
thence N 390 14' 278 £7 ß3.00 feet to a point in the Easterly line of the lan,
described in Parcell of deed (State Parcel No. A6483) to the State-of
California, recorded .June 296 1961 in, Book 5769,. page 210.oLsaid Official
Records, distant thereon N 1 OS' 18". E, á4.74 feet-from the Northeasterly
terminus of that course described as N69. 16' 23" E,-55.23.feet in said
boundary of the land describõd in said Director's Deed No. D-A6483.3; thence

It is expressly made a condition herein that the conveyed
property be used exclusively for public purposes for a period
of ten (10) yearsfromthedat~..of.this deed, that if said_-
property ceases to be used exclusively for public purposes
during this ten (10) year period, all title and interest to
said property shall revert to the State of California, Depart-
ment of Transportation. and that the interest held by the
Grantee(s) named herein. or its/their assigns, shall cease and
terminate at such time.
It is understood and agreed by the
Grantee(s), herein named, and its/their assigns,. that the
foregoing provision constitutes a divestiture and will cause
all interest to revert in the State of California, Department

for public purposes.
