RESOLUTION NO. 80-4

A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY TO EXECUTE AN AGREEMENT WITH HARIBHAI
ZAVERBHAI PATEL FOR HOTEL MANAGEMENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Commission of the City of Santa Ana:
That the Chairman of the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to
execute, on behalf of said Agency, that certain agreement
entitled "Agreement between the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana and Haribhai Zaverbhai
Patel to Provide for Hotel Management," form dated 12/12/79,
a copy of which is on file in the office of the Executive
Director of said Agency and to which reference is made
for full particulars.
