RESOLUTION NO. 81-127
A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT COMMISSION
OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA RECEIVING THE PRE-
LIMINARY PLAN FOR THE SANTA ANA NORTH HARBOR
BOULEVARD REDEVELOPMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 81-6098, adopted on
October 12, 1981, the Planning Commission of the City of
Santa Ana selected and designated the boundaries of the
Project Area for the Santa Ana North Harbor Boulevard
Redevelopment Project, approved the Preliminary Plan for the
Project and directed that the Preliminary Plan be submitted
to the Community Redevelopment Agency; and

WHEREAS, the California Community Redevelopment
Law (Health and Safety Code, Section 33000 et seq.) provides
that if a community redevelopment commission is created in a
city, its functions shall include preparing redevelopment
plans for project areas, holding and conducting hearings
thereon, and adopting and submitting such plans, together
wi th a report, to the ci ty council; and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 81-105, adopted on
October 26, 1981, the Community Redevelopment Agency
submitted the Preliminary Plan to the Redevelopment
Commission for preparation of an official redevelopment
for the proposed Project.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the
Redevelopment Commission of the City of Santa Ana as
follows:

The Preliminary Plan for the Santa Ana North
Harbor Boulevard Redevelopment Project, as formulated and
approved by the Planning Commission of the City of Santa
Ana, and as received and submitted by the Community
Redevelopment Agency, is hereby received by the Commission,
and the Commission hereby directs that an official
Redevelopment Plan for the proposed Project be prepared.
