A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA TO EXECUTE
SECOND AMENDMENT BETWEEN THE COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA AND LEE SAYLOR, INC., FOR COST
CONSULTING SERVICES
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows:

The Chairman of the Community Redevelopment Agency
of the City of Santa Ana is hereby authorized to execute on
behalf of the Agency that certain agreement entitled "Second
Amendment to Agreement between the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana and Lee Saylor, Inc., for
Cost Consulting Services," form dated 8/31/81, copies of
which are on file in the office of the Executive Director of
the Agency and to which reference is hereby made for full
particulars.
