RESOLUTION NO. 81-99
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE A TERMINATION OF
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND HAROLD NEMETZ
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
The Chairman of the Agency is authorized to
execute on behalf of the Agency that certain "Termination of
Agreement," form dated 8/24/81, on file in the office of the
Executive Director of the Agency, between the Agency and
Harold Nemetz.
