AGENCY OF THE CITY OPSANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE A COMMERCIAL REHA-
BILITATION AGREEMENT BE'lWEEN THE AGENCY AND
DICK BEEM AND SUE L. BEEM
FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT
209/213 W. FOUJ,tTBST.
AND PROVIDING FQlt THE EXEMPTION OF SAID
PROPERTY FROM ACQUtSI'1'110N.BY THE AGENCY BY
EMINENT DOMAIN UPON CERTAIN CONDITIONS
BE IT RESOLVED by the Communi ty Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows:
1. The Cha,irman of the Agency is hereby
authorized to execute on~behalf pf the Agency that certain
agreement entitled "Commercial Rehabilitation Participation
A9te-~t, (209/213 W. Jrourth St.),.
fo~aàted 3/25/81, between the Agency and

coPies of which are on file in the office of the Executive
DireCtor of the Agency and to which reference is hereby made
for'~ull particu1ar'3, which Agreement pertains to property

specifically described in Exhibit A, attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
2. The Executive Director is hereby authorized
to~~~ all steps, and to s~n all documents and instruments
nece',.~ to implement and carry out this Agreement on
behalf of the Agency.

3. Upon issuance of a Certificate of Completion
~ursuant to the abovesaid Agre~ent, the Executive Director
of the Agency shall cause this Resolution to be recorded in
the Official Records of Orange County. From and after the
date of such recordation, the subject property shall be
exempt from acquisition by the ,Agency by eminent domain in
accordance with section 33399(9) of the Community
Redevelopment Law, subject to the condition that, in the
event of the substantial destruction of the building
rehabilitated pursuant to the abovesaid Agreement, said
exemption shall terminate.
