RESOLUTION NO. 81-61

A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE AGENCY TO EXECUTE A
COOPERATIVE AGREEMENT AMONG THE COUNTY OF
ORANGE, THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, THE COMMUNITY
REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA
ANA, AND THE HOUSING AUTHORITY OF THE CITY
OF SANTA ANA
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows:
The Chairman of the Agency is hereby authorized to
execute that certain agreement entitled "Cooperative Agree-
ment Among the County of Orange, the City of Santa Ana, the
Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana, and
the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana," form dated
7/23/81, a copy of which is on file in the office of the
Executive Director of the Agency.
