RESOLUTION NO. 81-17
A RESOLUTION OF THE REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
APPROVING A PERMANENT LOAN COMMITMENT
TO STEVEN J. KEISER AND PAULA B. KEISER
FOR REHABILITATION OF PROPERTY AT
412 W. FOURTH STREET
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. A Permanent Loan Commitment to Steven J.
Keiser and Paula B. Keiser for the rehabilitation of
property located at 412 W. Fourth Street, subject to the
terms and conditions set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto
and incorporated herein by reference, is hereby approved.
2. The approval hereby given is subject to the
condition that the Community Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Santa Ana approves a Commercial Rehabilitation
Participation Agreement for the aforesaid property between
the Agency and Steven J. Keiser and Paula B. Keiser on April
20,1981 and prior to issuance of the aforesaid Permanent
Loan Commitment.
