FOR THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
March 16, 1982
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Bricken at 6:05 p.m., City Council
Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza. Councilmember$ present were John Acosta,
Daniel E. Griset, R. W. Luxembourger, Patricia A. McGuigan, and Mayor
Grodon Bricken. Also present were City Manager A. J. Wilson, City Attorney
Edward J. Cooper, and Assistant Clerk of the Council Nancy Byron Dean.

CRA/CITY COUNCIL
PROPOSED SALE OF PROPERTY
BY CRA TO CIVIC CTR. DEVELOPMENT
CONSIDERATION OF SALE CANCELLED
The City Manager explained that
the issues involved with the
proposed sale of property by
the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Aha
to Civic Center Development,
have not yet been resolved. He stated that both parties have been contacted
and agree to an indefinite postponement of action,
Following discussion, MOTION was made by Griset, seconded by McGuigan,
to cancel until a future date, further consideration with regard to the
proposed sale of property by the Community Redevelopment Agency of the
City of Santa Aha to Civic Center Development, for the site bounded on
the north by Eighth Street, on the west by Main Street, on the south by
Civic Center Drive, and on the east by Bush Street.
Motion passed on the following vote:
