RESOLUTION NO. 81-12
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN TO EXECUTE A COMMERCIAL
REHABILITATION PARTICIPATION AGREEMENT
BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND THE RAMONA BUILDING
PARTNERSHIP
BE IT RESOLVED by the Community Redevelopment
Agency of the City of Santa Ana as follows:
1. The Chairman of the Agency is hereby
authorized to execute that certain agreement entitled
"Commercial Rehabilitation Participation Agreement," form
dated 1/15/81, between the Agency and The Ramona Building
Partnership, copies of which are on file in the office of
the Executive Director of the Agency and to which reference
is hereby made for full particulars.
2. The Executive Director is hereby authorized
to take all steps, and to sign all documents and instruments
necessary to implement and carry out the Agreement on behalf
of the Agency.
