RESOLUTION NO. 81-9

A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE PURCHASE OF CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY FROM
THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS FOLLOWS:
1. That the purchase of that certain real
property designated by the following Assessor's Parcel
Numbers from the City of Santa Ana for $175,000.00, which
amount represents the appraised fair market value thereof,
is hereby authorized:

008-143-20
008-143-21
008-143-22

2. That the purchase of that certain real
property designated by the following Assessor's Parcel
Numbers from the City of Santa Ana for $50,000.00, which
amount represents the appraised fair market value thereof,
is hereby authorized:
005-141-02
005-141-03
3. That the Executive Director of the Community
Redevelopment Agency of the City of Santa Ana is authorized
to execute on behalf of the Agency acceptances of deeds to
the above-described real property and to take such other
actions as are necessary or appropriate to carry out the
purchase thereof as hereinabove authorized.
