RESOLUTION NO. 81-7
A RESOLUTION OF THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING
THE CHAIRMAN OF THE AGENCY TO EXECUTE AN
AMENDMENT TO A DISPOSITION AND DEVELOPMENT
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE AGENCY AND ROSS
AND FIftH DEVELOPMENT COMPANY AND TO
CONSENT TO THE ASSIGNMENT THEREOF TO
SANTA ANA OFFICE PLAZA, A JOINT VENTURE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT
AGENCY OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA:
The Chairman of the Community Redevelopment Agency
is hereby authorized to execute on behalf of the Agency that
certain "Second Amendment of Disposition and Development
Agreement" between the Agency and Ross ',aBã,_'Fifth Development
Company, and to consent on behalf of the Agency to the
assignment of the said amended Disposition and Development
Agreement by said Ross and Fifth Development Company to
Santa Ana Office Plaza, a joint venture, as set forth in
that certain" Amendment and Assignment of Disposition and
Development Agreement," form dated 1/21/81, copies of which
are on file in the office of the Executive Director of the
Agency and to which reference is hereby made for full
particulars.
