enacted by one motion without discussion unless otherwise directed
by the Chairperson. Persons wishing to speak regarding Consent

Legal Notices were mailed to property owners on December 23, 2003.
Motion: Adopt Resolution No. CRA 2004-01 authorizing the condemnation of
real property located at 114-120 West First Street, and declaring the
public necessity and interest therefore.
