JOINT COMMUNITY REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY / CITY COUNCIL SESSION
4. RESOLUTION AND APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT TO RECOGNIZE
LOAN FUNDS FROM THE CALIFORNIA HOUSING FINANCE AGENCY
Communitv Redevelooment Aaencv Action
Motions: 1. Adopt a resolution accepting a California Housing Finance
Agency HELP Program loan of $1,200,000.
2. Authorize the Executive Director of the Community
Redevelopment Agency to execute all loan and California Housing
Finance Agency documents on behalf of the Agency.
City Council Action
Motions: 1. Approve an Appropriation Adjustment recognizing $1,200,000 of
loan funds from the California Housing Finance Agency HELP
Program and appropriating same.
2. Adopt a resolution to authorize the use of the California Housing
Finance Agency HELP funds to reduce the HOME fund allocation
to Orange Housing Development Corporation that was previously
approved by the City Council, and authorize the Executive
Director of the Community Development Agency to execute all
necessary documents.
