February 2, 1984
The meeting was called to order by Mayor R. W. Luxembourger at 5:47 p.m.,
in Room 831, City Hall, 2~ Civic Center Plaza. Councilmembers present
were John Acosta, Daniel E. Griset, P. Lee Johnson, Patricia A. McGuigan,
Dan Young and Mayor Luxembourger. Also present were City Attorney
Edward J. Cooper and Deanna Clark, Deputy Clerk of the Council.
Co~ncilmember Gordon Bricken was absent.
The City Attorney reported that former City Manager A. J. Wilson had been
notified that the City was calling the second trust deed on his property at
720 West Memory Lane, Santa Ana, end that the City of Kansas City had
agreed to buy said note in the full amount of $79,~15.~0.
APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT - RESIDENTIAL LOAN ASSISTANCE, CITY MANAGER.
The City Attorney requested an Appropriation Adjustment for Residential
Assistance to Robert Bobb in the amount of $43,915.00, to include
$15,0~0.0~ provided under Resolution No. 84-7 and a $28,915.~0 note at
1~ percent interest for a 5-year period.
MO~ION:
Approve Appropriation Adjustment No. 135 transferring
$43,915.MM from ll-~M~-911, City Council Contingency
to 11-012-291, City Council Nondepartmental.
