DISCUSSION The Central Stores section of the Agency provides plastic trash can throughout the City. The contract designed to provide quality products quantity pricing. Finance and Management Services liners to various departments for plastic trash can liners is at significant savings based on On May 17, 2004, the City Council awarded a contract to S&G Diversified Products, formerly Spectrum Packaging for a 12-month period, with provision for two 12-month renewals. The vendor has agreed to renew the contract; however, the vendor has requested a 17 percent increase due to increases from the manufacturer as a result of rising costs for petroleum based products.
