March 5, 1984
At 1:02 p.m., the meeting was called to order by Janice C. Guy,
Clerk of the Council. No Councilmembers were present to respond
to a call of the roll and the meeting was declared adjourned for
lack of a quorum to 5:30 p.m., March 12, 1984, in Room 510, City
Hall, 20 Civic Center Plaza.
