HOLD-HARMLESS AGREEMENT
FOR PTA FUND RAISINC VENDORS/CONCESSiONAIRES/SERVICE PROVIDERS
Iflmrance Requirements:
fa) Workers' Compensation Insurance. Required if you have employees eh§sE;ed in the performance of work under the
agreement,
(b) Comprehensive General Liability, Required $1,000.000. Combined SinEle Limit. This policy shell cover, amonE;
other Hsks, the contractual liability assumed by vendor/ca~cessioneire/service provider under the indemnification
provision set for in the agreement, and include Bndliy Injury, Property Damage. Personal Injury.
(c) Automobile Uability insurance. Required only if you are pm~idinE t~ansportation (e.E., limousine or bus service) at
PTA e~nt. $1,000,000 limit required.
If you (vendor/cancessianaire/serviCe provider) fall under (b} or (c). e Cert~cate of ~nsurance .~howing policy limits and
