2004; Public Hearing held at the Redevelopment and Housing
Commission Meeting on January 18, 2005
Motion: 1. Approve and submit the Annual Plan to the United States Department
of Housing and Urban Development.
2. Approve and submit the Five-Year Plan to the United States
Department of Housing and Urban Development.

5. AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT WITH NATIONAL CREDIT
REPORTING
Motion: Direct the Authority General Counsel to prepare and authorize the
Executive Director to execute an amendment to the agreement between
the Housing Authority of the City of Santa Ana and National Credit
Reporting for an additional amount of $20, 000 for a total contract not to
exceed $30,000.
