DATE: THIRD AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT A - owl -,-)59 v z THIS THIRD AMENDMENT TO CONSULTANT AGREEMENT, is entered into this 17th day of June, 2005, by and between Science Applications International Corporation / SAIC, a Delaware corporation ("Consultant') and the City of Santa Ana, a charter city and municipal corporation of the State of California ("City"). RECITALS A. The parties entered into Consultant Agreement No. A-2001-259 dated December 17, 2001, (hereinafter "said Agreement') by which Consultant has provided historic property resource identification, evaluation and documentation. B. In accordance with the terms and conditions of said Agreement, the parties wish to extend the term of said Agreement for an additional one-year period. WHEREFORE, in consideration of the covenants contained in said Agreement, and subject to all the terms and conditions of said Agreement the parties agree as follows: 1.
