HomeMy WebLinkAbout07-27-1985MINUTES OF THE ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA July 27, 1985 The meeting was called to order at 9:11 a.m. by Mayor Daniel E. Griset, in Roan 831, City Hall, 20 Civic Center Plaza. Councilm~nbers present were John Acosta, Wilson B. Hart, P. Lee Johnson, R. W. Luxembourger, Dan Young and Mayor Griset. Also present were Deputy City Manager Jan C. Perkins, City Attorney Edward J. Cooper and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy. Councilmember Patricia A. McGuigan was absent. 1985-86 BUDGET - INTERIM APPROPRIATIONS Deputy City Manager Perkins explained that since the Council had not adopted the 1985-86 budget, interim appropriations would be required in several funds. The Council reviewed the proposed interim appropriations by line it~n; the Executive Director of Finance and Manag~nent Services and the Executive Director of the Public Services Agency responded to Councilme~bers' specific questions. Councilmember Acosta suggested that the Centennial Park maintenance contract be included in the City's general landscaping maintenance contract.
