OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
August 11, 1985
The meeting was called to order at 10:05 a.m., by Mayor Daniel E. Griset,
in the ground floor lobby of the Santa Ana Regional Transportation Center,
1000 East Santa Ana Boulevard. Councilmembers present were John Acosta,
Wilson B. Hart, P. Lee Johnson, R. W. Luxembourger, Patricia A. McGuigan,
Dan Young and Mayor Griset. Also present were City Manager Robert C.
Bobb, City AttorneyEdward J. Cooper, Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy,
and Conference Facilitator Richard Hughes.
The Councilmeubers immediately adjourned to the fifth floor conference
rocfn for informal discussion among the Councilmembers only. No minutes
were taken of the proceedings.
At 11:25 a.m., the City Manager and Facilitator Hughes joined the
Councilmembers for continued informal discussion.
At 1:05 p.m., the Council recessed to lunch on the ground floor of the
Transportation Center, and reconvened at 1:55 p.m., in the fifth floor
conference room with all Councilmembers, City Manager, and Facilitator
present for continuation of infonual discussion.
At 4:08 p.m., the meeting was adjourned to 7:00 p.m., August 12, 1985, in
the Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza.
