RESOLUTION NO. 2005-091
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA APPROVING THE REVISED MAIN STREET
ELEVATION OF BOWERS MUSEUM EXPANSION.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. The City Council of the City of Santa Ana hereby finds, determines
and declares as follows:
A. On September 6, 2005, the City Council approved an expansion of the
Bowers Museum of Cultural Art by the museum operator, the Bowers
Museum Corporation.
B. In taking that action, the City Council directed that certain aspects of the
Main Street elevation of the proposed expansion be redesigned.
C. A revised Main Street elevation plan has been submitted, attached hereto
as Exhibit A.
Section 2. The Main Street elevation design of the Bower Museum expansion
as depicted in Exhibit A is hereby approved.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect immediately upon its adoption by
the City Council, and the Clerk of the Council shall attest to and certify the vote adopting
this Resolution.
ADOPTED this 19th day of September 2005.
