SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
September 16, 1985
At 1:19 p.m., the Clerk of the Council called the meeting to order in the
City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza. Since there were no
Councilmembers present, the Clerk declared the meeting adjourned for lack
of quorum to 12:00 noon, September 17, 1985, in Room 831, City Hall, 20
Civic Center Plaza.
