SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
October 7, 1985
At 1:17 p.m., the Assistant Clerk of the Council called the meeting to
order in the City Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza. Since there
were no Councilmembers present, the Assistant Clerk declared the meeting
adjourned for lack of quor~ to 12:00 noon, October 14, 1985, in Room 831,
City Hall, 20 Civic Center Plaza.
