The Brown Act permits the City Council to discuss certain matters without

Mayor Pulido declared a potential conflict of interest on the following items
related to One Broadway Plaza because a former business partner is a tenant in
the proposed project site; he left the meeting for these items only and Mayor Pro
Tem Bist assumed the Chair
