SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
MARCH 2, 1987
At 2:01 p.m., the Clerk of the Council called the meeting to order in
Room 423, City Hall, 20 Civic Center Plaza. Since there were no
Councilmembers present, the Clerk of the Council declared the meeting
adjourned for lack of quorum.
