OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
APRIL 21, 1987
The meeting was called to order at 6:39 p.m. by Mayor Dan Young in the
Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza. Councilmembers also present
were John Acosta, Wilson B. Hart, Ron May, Patricia A. McGuigan, Miguel
A. Pulido and Mayor Young. Also present were City Manager, David N.
Ream, City Attorney Edward J. Cooper, and Clerk of the Council Janice C.
Guy.
Councilmember Daniel E. Griset was absent.

RESOLUTION NO. 87-32 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA APPROVING EXTENSION OF 1985 HOME MORTGAGE REVENUE BOND PROGRAM,
AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF DOCUMENTS AND DIRECTING
ACTIONS IN CONNECTION THEREWITH.

(Part of concurrent action with Community Redevelopment Agency)
Approve the issuance of a Request for Proposal for the sale and
rehabilitation of the Historic Harmon-McNeil House located at
817 N. Lacy Street and the William Crane House located at 506 S.
Birch Street.
