OCTOBER 17, 1988
At 4:00 p.m., the Assistant Clerk of the Council called the meeting to
order in Room 423, City Hall, 20 Civic Center Plaza. Since there were no
Councilmembers present, the Assistant Clerk declared the meeting adjourned
at 4:05 p.m. for lack of quorum.
