The meeting was called to order at 5:08 p.m. by Mayor Dan Young in the
Council Chambers, 22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Aha. Councilmembers
present were Daniel E. Griset, Ron May, Miguel A. Pulido and Mayor Young.
Also present were City Manager David N. Ream, Assistant City Attorney
Richard Lay and Clerk of the Council Janice C. Guy.
Councilmembers John Acosta, Wilson B. Hart and Patricia A. McGuigan were
absent.
