AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR PROFESSIONAL
AND TECHNICAL SERVICES
THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT, made and entered into this 9th day of March,
2000 by and between the CITY OF SANTA ANA, a charter city and municipal corporation duly
organized and existing under the constitution and laws of the State of Cali fomi a ("CITY") and
WILLIAM L. GARVIN. ("CONSULTANT") modifies the scope of services.
W-I- T-N-E-S-S-E- T-H
The CITY wishes to conduct additional training to be conducted by CONTRACTOR.
The cost of such training is $4378.00 which will not cause the amount of compensation paid to
CONTRACTOR to exceed the original contract amount. In consideration of their mutual and
respective promises, and subject to the terms and conditions as set forth in the original contract
dated May 26th, 1999, the parties hereto do hereby agree to modify the SCOPE OF SERIVCES
in the original contract as follows:
4. SCOPE OF SERVICES
A. POLICE SUPERVISORY TRAINING SPECIALIST
CONSULTANT, in his capacity as a Police Personnel Specialist, shall:
6. Conduct training in the form of "Personnel Management Skills for
Supervisors. "
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Amendment to
Agreement the date and year first above written.
