RIGHT OF ENTRY
The City of Santa Ana. a charter city and municipal corporation in the State of California, and
the Community Redevelopment Al!encv. a public body, corporate and politic, ("Owner(s) of
Property") do hereby grant Habitat for Humanitv. a non-profit corporation in the State of
California. its agents or representatives, the right to enter the property located at 1346 S. Bristol
Street (the "Property") in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange,
For the PUrpose of: Temporary construction easement - Over the entire Property for the
purpose of obtaining soil samples and other similar services,
Habitat for Humanity agrees to indemnify and hold hannless from any liability the City of
Santa Ana and the Community Redevelopment Al!encv (Owners(s) of Property) arising out of
the Habitat for Humanity's exercise of this Right-of-Entry. Habitat for Humanity further
agrees to repair any damage to said Property caused by the exercise of this Right of Entry at its
sole cost and expense and to restore said Property as nearly as practicable to the state in which it
existed prior to the use ofthe Property by Habitat for Humanitv.
The right herein granted to Habitat for Humanitv and its agents or representatives, is personal,
and Habitat for Humanity agrees not to assign, transfer, lease, pledge, or otherwise dispose of
its Right of Entry without the prior expressed written approval of the Owners. No right of entry
to existing buildings or right to enter them is conveyed by this instrument.
