SANTA ANA, CALIFORNIA
DECEMBER 18, 1989
The meeting was called to order at 4:00 p.m. in Room 423, City Hall,
20 Civic Center Plaza, by the Clerk of the Council. Since there were no
Councilmembers present, the Clerk of the Council declared the meeting
adjourned to Wednesday, December 20, 1989 at 5:30 p.m., Council Chambers,
22 Civic Center Plaza, Santa Ana, California.
